Ingredients

• An egg
• 500g icing sugar
• Lemon juice

Break an egg and carefully pour the whites in a bowl..

Add 500g of icing sugar and mix the two with hand mixer ..

Mix until icing sugar lumps are no where to be seen..

Add some lemon juice or any desired flavours to taste.. Mix well till you obtain a really nice consistency for piping or cake coating..
